Richland Security Services is thrilled to announce that we have officially earned ISO 9001:2015 certification. This globally recognised standard affirms that every facet of our operations—from frontline guarding to internal controls and client engagement—meets the highest benchmarks for consistency, efficiency, and continual improvement.

The certification ceremony took place at the Eco Green Building at our main office in Tilisi, where team members, clients, and partners gathered to mark the occasion. Director Sudheys Ali Ibrahim applauded the 18‑month journey of discipline, teamwork, and unwavering commitment that made this achievement possible.

The Road to Certification

Over the past year and a half, we:

1. 1. Mapped and documented every key process for clarity and accountability.

   2. Trained all staff from guards to management in ISO best practices.

   3. Conducted multiple internal audits to identify gaps, then closed them with targeted action plans.

   4. Underwent an external audit by Bureau Veritas, a global leader in certification, testing, and inspection services.

During our ISO journey, we secured 12 new flagship clients across government, finance, energy, and tech a testament to the market’s confidence in our evolving capabilities. We are poised to onboard six additional clients in the next 40 days, expanding our footprint across Kenya and the wider region.
